ABOUT US

In 2020, Cynthia was recruited and hired as a a data contractor by the New Mexico Community Data Collaborative (NMCDC)'s founder, Tom Scharmen. She joined CHI-NMCDC as a full-time Data Specialist in 2022 and has experience with data processing, data visualization, geospatial mapping, and program management - all with an emphasis on health equity. Cynthia also has a design background in landscape architecture. Prior to graduate school in New Mexico, she worked for a book publisher in New York City.

Jason specializes in providing tailored data solutions, including pipeline development, database design, and analytics to empower businesses with smarter decision-making. With a strong foundation in statistics, data science, and experience in public safety and civic engagement, he takes a practical, yet human-centered approach to solving complex data challenges. Jason has a proven track record of creating efficient workflows that streamline data processing and enhance operational efficiency. His work focuses on transforming raw data into actionable insights that deliver meaningful results.
